White Tea

White tea (白茶 bái chá) is the least processed style of tea, made by simply picking and gently drying the leaves to retain their natural character. It’s known for its soft aroma, mellow sweetness, and minimal bitterness, with a brewed liquor that ranges from pale gold to amber. Our current collection includes 凤庆白毫银针 (Fèngqìng Silver Needle), a delicate bud-only tea with a light, floral profile; 月光白茶 (Moonlight White), a fruitier Yunnan white with more body and depth; and 德宏白牡丹 (Dehong White Peony), a fuller style made with both buds and leaves, offering a rounder, slightly apricot-like finish.
