2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Due to the natural variations in loose leaf tea, slight differences in appearance, flavour, or aroma may occur between batches.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

4. Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK. Delivery options, charges, and estimated times are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays once the parcel is with the courier, but we will do our best to assist if issues arise.

5. Returns & Refunds

 • Teaware and accessories: You may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
 • Loose leaf tea and food products: These cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty or sent in error.

To initiate a return or report an issue, please email us at info@whitenoisetea.co.uk within the appropriate timeframe. Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

6. Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (excluding perishable or sealed goods once opened, such as tea).

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including product images, copy, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of White Noise Tea Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
