Returns & Refunds
Teaware & Accessories
If you change your mind about a non-food item (such as teaware or accessories), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know you’d like to return it. Once confirmed, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item to us in its original, unused condition and packaging.
We’ll issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) once we receive the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Loose Leaf Tea & Food Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items, including loose leaf tea, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
If your tea arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at info@whitenoisetea.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• The reason for the return
We’ll respond with return instructions. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in the post.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
