Green tea (绿茶 lǜ chá) is picked and quickly heat-fixed to preserve its natural freshness, resulting in a bright, vegetal flavour and clear, clean liquor. Our current green tea is 龙眉绿茶 (Long Mei), a small-batch tea from high-altitude gardens in Zhenyuan, Simao. Picked in early spring during a short harvest window, it offers a gentle balance of brightness and depth, light, quietly savoury, and full of clarity.
