All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Free delivery on orders over £40

Orders placed before midnight (Monday–Thursday) are packed and dispatched the following day

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way

We don’t currently offer express or weekend shipping.

Best Before

We pack our teas to order and source from recent harvests. While tea doesn’t expire in the traditional sense, it can gradually lose character over time.

Best before dates are a guide to quality, not safety.

We stamp each package with a best before date — usually around 18 to 24 months from harvest.
