Tie Guan Yin — Autumn 2024
Harvested in August from traditional Tie Guan Yin varietals in Gande Village, Fujian, this oolong is lightly oxidised and crafted to highlight freshness and clarity. The liquor is bright and creamy, with floral aromatics and a soft, balanced bitterness.
Flavours open with fresh orchid, garden herbs, and green grape, giving way to a smooth, savoury base of sweet cream, steamed greens, and toasted almond. A clean, refreshing tea with a long, floral finish — endlessly drinkable.
