Moonlight White — Spring 2024
Harvested from old tea trees in the mountains of Jinggu, this rare Yunnan white tea is made using a slow, warm-air drying method — a technique that brings out its thick, honeyed texture and soft cooling finish.
The profile is layered and gently aromatic: floral and bright at the top, with cherry blossom, raw almond, and white grape; followed by a deeper base of malted milk, dry hay, and citrus pith. The liquor is creamy and comforting, with a quiet complexity that holds up over multiple steeps.

5g tea / 100ml water / 85–90°C
Steep for 30–60 sec. Re-steep several times. Adjust to taste.
In the cup
White tea is naturally high in L-theanine, an amino acid that works alongside caffeine to create a smoother, more balanced lift. Because Moonlight White is minimally processed, much of this character remains intact.
The result is steady energy rather than a sharp spike. Clear, calm, and easy to drink.
A good choice for mornings, long stretches of focused work, or early afternoon.
